Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

You can place a return request online, within 7 Days of order delivered. Return requests placed after 7 days of order delivered are non-refundable and non- exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case an item is given as free of cost or as a gift in the order, you must also return the gift item along with main product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase i.e Invoice. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason.

In case you receive a damaged product after opening the package, you can place a Damage and Replacement request online within 72 hours of delivery mentioning the reason and problems. We will pick up and replace the product free of cost. If the product gets damaged after use, we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.
In case you find that a few components are missing (applicable to Building Bricks Toys), then you should contact us info@ipuzzletoys.com, following which we will proceed to send you the missing parts.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (more than 3 in a financial year). Some PIN CODES are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.

Once your return is received and quality inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process the request.
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement with a new product or a refund.
If you choose to get a refund, a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders. Balance amount will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
